Vallicelli 80'Sloop

A Must See in Marina Cala Galera, Porto Ercole

Comfortable” twin of the multi-time winner ”H2O’‘ that gained her fifth Maxi Rolex Cup World Championship also last September,
LADISEA will spend the winter at Marina di Cala Galera where she will undergo exciting improvements to make her perfect both for cruising and racing.

Ladisea will soon be back in the water with the addition of a new dolphin nose and anchoring system.
Riding nimbly on the waves, like her twin sister ‘H2O’, from the same extraordinary Sloop 80 series, Studio Vallicelli has developed the volumes of Ladisea with a closer focus on long voyages and ocean navigation.

The on-board presence of a sauna is a prerogative of relaxation in all latitudes. So is the small outdoor kitchen, duly equipped with a grill, sink and fridge.

The garage opens onto the aft deck with an exceptional width, so as to contain numerous water toys,
the Williams jet tender, compressor and a complete set for diving, sup, surfing and whatever else is needed on a cruise.

LADISEA is the last of three units built between 2006 and 2008.

Featuring fast and agile hull lines, they are the result of the expert design of Studio Vallicelli. Their building by the Italian shipyard CN Yacht2000, now ICE Yachts, is made of composite and vinyl ester resin sandwich with processes developed through years of experience on cruising and racing hulls.

The external layout aims to keep the deck on a single level, free of clutters caused by the deck equipment and separate the manoeuvring and guest areas.

The two steering wheels are positioned well away from the centreline and allow great visibility to the helmsman who remains in good contact with both the manoeuvring crew and the central guest cockpit.

The tender garage is positioned transversally in a compartment aft, which is opened via a hydraulic door. Hauling and launching operations are made possible through the use of the boom, which is equipped with a special fitting.

The mainsail has a large boom equipped with a furler, while the bow features a 135% genoa with adjustable sheet points via a small rail.

Interior arrangements are organised around the raised salon, placed at an appropriate height to take light from the deckhouse’s large windows and to enjoy the great visibility offered by this architectural solution.
There is a large modern-style relaxation settee and a dining table from which one can enjoy the view while also seated.
Three guest staterooms are all located in the forward area. Aft of the saloon we have on the starboard side the galley and crew/navigation area and on the other side the hallway with a service area and sauna.
